Biographical / Historical

James E. Martin (April 2, 1926-December 19, 2013) Born in Watseka, Illinois, Martin attended public schools in Watseka and graduated from the University of Illinois with bachelors and masters degrees. He held teaching positions at Harvard, Illinois High School, and military dependent schools in Korea, Japan and Germany. Martin served as Registrar at Eastern Illinois University from 1966 to 1992.
